Infosys to collaborate with Microsoft to offer advanced analytics solutions to healthcare organizations
With the help of Microsoft Cortana Analytics suite, Infosys plans to streamline the existing mechanisms and enable more efficient systems. Currently, these processes are managed by custom solutions or through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools like Microsoft Dynamics, the product which has been the market leader in its segment.

The combined services would enable healthcare organizations to take smarter decisions by tracking population healthcare trends, also enabling enhanced clinical effectiveness and patience satisfaction. Besides these, it would also enable to improve operational effectiveness, financial and administrative performance.

Analytics suites usually help service providers to gather insights from large and profiled datasets, and finally, take out key decision metrics. Using analytics for decision making is now a noticeable part of the digital transformation that various sectors and industries are witnessing currently.

Healthcare industry is undergoing a huge shift when it comes to using analytics for better services and understanding trends. It would definitely be a great association between the service based expertise of Infosys and the product competency of Microsoft.
