StartUp ideas originate usually from the paint points of people and it certainly becomes very important that Women do build their own companies so that the pain points of fellow women can be catered well.
When it comes to women empowerment and allied causes, Women can have a better perspective of the conditions relevant to that as compared to men.
Also, if the leadership has a team of Co-Founders, then having, at least, one Woman would help you address the issues of your future women employees in a better way.
Moreover, I personally feel that women are really good in Sales and Marketing apart from the creative instincts that they possess and add up considerably to the dynamic and diverse culture of your StartUp.
