The Comforts That Our Parents Give Us!

All the parents in the world want only one thing (out of many other things!) that their children shouldn’t suffer the difficulties that they suffered. They work hard and save every penny that is possible to fulfil the every single need we have.

Our Needs

As kids, our needs will be small like eatables or toys, which are easy on parent’s hard-earned pocket. As the time passes our needs get bigger and bigger and we don’t think whether it is necessary or not, but as a parent they have the knowledge of this as in it is just a temporary need and not a permanent one, hence they try to make us understand about this but we think that they don’t want to get us these things hence they are saying all these and we get angry and do all that we can to get that thing.

Our Comforts

Parents take all the good care to ensure that we don’t suffer or go through the things that they went during our growth like sending us to good schools and colleges for a better education than what they had at that time. It applies to all the things like transportation or food let it be anything our parents will always try to give us better options. They will be always worried for our comfort and safety which we misunderstand and get angry on them for calling us when we are away from home or travelling.

Our Health

Who doesn’t remember those fight for early morning breakfast which we used to not have and our parents used to run behind us till we get into school bus or van with that plate of breakfast so that we can have some. Let it be breakfast or lunch or dinner it is same for all, telling us to eat properly without wasting the food. Then comes putting more ghee on the roti’s and dosa’s or any other food so that we grow stronger and healthier.

Cons of this!

Problem is that we enjoy all these comforts and forget that how much hardly they have worked and left their dreams to fulfil our needs, even though we haven’t asked (as some may say!). We don’t learn that the life is not easy as it seems in the films and serials, it is hard as hell and if we don’t get ourselves together we can’t survive and our parents can’t do anything (even they do as much as they can) as it is our life.

What we should do?

We should respect and appreciate the things our parents did and still they are doing to make our lives better and they will be always on our side let it be any kind of situation. The things they say is all for our good and they have more experience than us in all the possible matters. So don’t be angry and hurt them by shouting back at them, just try to understand as they are saying it. After all, they are our parents and they have given all that they can to support and fulfil our goals in life. So respect, appreciate and keep them happy as long as possible because what we are today and what we will be tomorrow will all be because of our parents.
