How to Choose the Motorcycle That's Right for You

In recent years the biking culture in India has been changed drastically after the introduction of few foreign brands with concentration to the medium capacity bikes. People are getting more and interested in the culture of biking. Biking is fun and it lets you meet new people make new friends and have good times. The answer may differ from people to people as the tastes are all different, some may like the speed, and some the beautifully made machines which look good aesthetically, some may like the machines which roar, and some may like the simplicity of the bikes which has minimalist looks.

Why different kinds of motorcycles?

There are the motorcycles which are made for people who love speeds, who love to go on the adventure paths, for those who love the mile munching or cruising in the city for a cup of coffee. Hence the market is filled with all kinds of motorcycles so the buyer has different options for choosing a motorcycle based on his likes and interest. If your choices are not in that selected category you can build your own custom bike as you want it.

Why higher capacity motorcycles?

Higher capacity bikes are for true enthusiasts who can handle those deadly and massive powers. As the capacity increase the risks that are involved also increase as they need much more concentration to handle and ride them, compared to lower capacity motorcycles. It is not an easy task to tame those beasts with some small amount of patience and knowledge about that particular bike. Hence most people who know the amount of work that is required to maintain a higher capacity motorcycle stay away or opt for smaller capacity motorcycles as they are much less hassle to maintain.

What is your interest?

As the motorcycling community in India is growing at a faster rate, there are a lot of clubs and groups which are spread all over India. They do group rides, meet-ups, charity, safety awareness, many more things which help people to socialize more and more and have a good view of what motorcycling really is, as many have different opinions. So what is your interest?? Do you like short rides on Sundays? You want to pack your bags and just go someplace without any plans? Or you like to work on your skills on race tracks? Depending on your interest you can choose the group which is in your nearby area.

What should you keep in mind before getting into this?

Before you get a good capacity motorcycle and go Dhoom Machale on it!!! Have proper riding gear with riding knowledge and the methods to control that particular bike. It is not only your life also others life will be in danger if something happens on the road. So be careful and ride following the traffic rules and let others get motivated from you and learn from you and ride safely following the traffic rules.

I am a simple person with interest in riding bikes (with protective gears), music (rap & metal), writing (about things that i experience), photography, fitness, food (vegetarian), that's all !!  live and let live.
