Something That Every Youth of India Must Read!

Teenage is itself a transition when one talks about it and yes transition can be both positive and negative in whatever way you want to take it but as a matter of fact let us encourage our youth rather than criticizing them. Also, let our youth be free and independent enough to take their own choices and let them do what they love to instead of always judging them and thinking about them and their future from the narrowest mindsets of the society.

Dilemma: Choosing Between Career And Family

There is always an emotional attachment with your family and yes they define you and ensure that you receive the best of the resources to lead a fulfilling life. Then during the process of growing up you realize that there are certain things that you don’t want to study as a student and then there are certain subjects or seminars or workshop for an instance which all of a sudden change your perception towards life and make you realize that, Yes, this is the thing I am inspired of and this is what I can do the rest of my life enjoying and living a life of contempt.

An Excerpt From The Diary Of A Teenager: “I Wish I Was Born Outside India”

The following is an excerpt from the diary of a teenager who I often meet. And while reading this I really felt that “Is it only him who feels this way or do we have others too?”

The 3 Secret Factors To Achieve Your Dreams

C.S. Lewis once said, “You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.” Let’s admit it. We all dream. Some dream more often more than others, some dreams are more exotic than others and some are more vocal about their dreams than others. But in the end, the truth stands testament to the fact that we dream. And no matter how surreal the dream is, we all dream about how (one day) our dreams will come true. (For all those who are in denial, all I have to say is this: You have to admit it guys, we all dreamt about reaching the stars when we were five.)

3 Childhood Habits That Shouldn’t Grow Out of You

Remember that time when (ages ago) we were going through a phase called childhood? No troubles (except how to eat the chocolate when mom isn’t looking), no tensions (except ‘Will I be able to wake up before Tom and Jerry starts?), no broken relationships (except that fight over who was taller) and only smiles? So, let’s go back to this time and see what precious things we had then that we don’t have (but need) now. Because, as Tom Stoppard says, “If you carry your childhood with you, you never become old.”

Why Should You Start Dreaming?

Yes, you read that right. And no, I am not in the need of immediate psychological attention. I’ve dedicated the article to dreams because I feel that the problem with the people today is that some of us dream too much, while some of us dream too less. And believe me, start believing what your grandmother told you. It is perfectly okay to dream, in fact, it is very necessary to dream.  Before you go ahead to read exactly why you should start dreaming right now, let me tell you one thing. There is no age limit to dreams and just because someone says it isn’t “appropriate” to dream at the age of 70 (or whatever your age is), you shouldn’t restrain yourself from dreaming.

Caught In a Box: An Imposed Dream

“Don’t chase the butterfly. Mend your garden, let the butterfly come” is what we have been hearing since our childhood. But do we really follow it? Do we really apply it in our lives? Or do we just follow others like a hoard of sheep? Let’s start from the time we enter the school. Everyone wants to top the class with 99%, which seems to be the first step of the ladder to success. As we grow old, “Padhoge likhoge toh banoge nawaab, kheloge koodoge toh banoge kharaab”, comes into the scene! We are aware of the hypocrisy we are into, but, at last we surrender ourselves to practicality “the life” brings with it.

Half start to run behind FIITJI coaching and the other half just follow them. But, let’s not forget those who are not a part of either of the two halves, the dreamers a.k.a the back benchers. Nobody consider them the part of their group, not to forgot the envious eyes who secretly want a life like them, but the practicality of life caught them! They walk down the aisle of life on the ashes of their dead dreams, because the practicality of life caught them.
