Teenage is itself a transition when one talks about it and yes transition can be both positive and negative in whatever way you want to take it but as a matter of fact let us encourage our youth rather than criticizing them. Also, let our youth be free and independent enough to take their own choices and let them do what they love to instead of always judging them and thinking about them and their future from the narrowest mindsets of the society.
When we talk about youth, in particular, we should realize that not everyone wants to do what the society wants them to do, so let us emphasize on the idea of freedom of expression. Let us ensure we lay a healthy foundation for proper implementation of ideas that are sustainable in their approach. There are aspirants which want to study in the classes that you bunk, they want to eat the food you left, they want to feel a sense of dignity and social security that you possess and this is all in context with a wider viewpoint of the entire nation and how we tend to destroy our resources which so many kids and teenagers can’t have.
Aspirants aiming for education or dropping their education or doing what they want to do must never be mocked rather it should be appreciated and encouraged as many times as possible because India needs job creators than those candidates going out to seek jobs. We are all doing good or are in the process of doing something magical, so perseverance is something which must be practiced by today’s generation. Giving up should never be an option and one should stick by his/her desires no matter what the path lays ahead of you.
One of the key aspects which must also be catered by today’s generation is the ability to switch jobs and to make choices. It is not wrong in switching jobs and doing what you always wanted to do deep down. This is a complex world and it will really count if you do what you want to and not stick where you are not needed. Let us all promise ourselves to stick to our dreams and aspirations and not get mocked by anyone because at the end of the day you are accountable to your life.

From an economic point of view
India has the largest number of young people that have the potential to change the dynamics of the nation but unfortunately, we don’t realize how far the road of development lies for us. Promotion for startups is a key ingredient in the road ahead and also realizing that they are prevalent not because it is a trend but because they ensure value to the ultimate consumers. The need of the hour is also that the youth are able to express themselves in an atmosphere of growth and creativity.Aspirants aiming for education or dropping their education or doing what they want to do must never be mocked rather it should be appreciated and encouraged as many times as possible because India needs job creators than those candidates going out to seek jobs. You, our youth of today, are among the most illustrious spirits to be born into mortality in any age of the world. Yours is a noble heritage and a wonderful opportunity.
