Delhi: Where to go for the weekend?

Howdy people? Confused about where to go for the weekend and spend some time with your family? Here I am with an amazing offer. Chokhi Dhani, near Delhi - Jaipur highway is the place. A 4-hour drive from Delhi, this place takes you on a journey where you get to see the entire Rajasthani culture and how can I forget including food. Also, if you feel tired and don’t want to go back on the same day, they provide you with many offers and there are many hotels nearby too. Now I will provide you with a little insight about it.

Chokhi Dhani opens in the evening around 6pm till 11pm. Parallel to Chokhi Dhani they have opened a new place called Amber Vatika, with the same price and less crowd. Both the places are same and in which ever you go the experience will be memorable. I recently visited Amber Vatika and have visited Chokhi Dhani before. I could hardly notice the difference but again I loved it. At every corner, there is something to learn about the culture. They have puppet shows; ghoomar - the folk dance of Rajasthan, pottery and also you can buy souvenirs like key chains, Rajasthani bangles, and neckpieces. The kids won’t get bored as there are games like shooting the balloons, placing the rings on the things which keep them engrossed.

Now when I talk about the food you will be amazed by the quantity they provide you once you visit there. They have AC halls so you don’t have to feel the heat while eating. The best thing is you get to taste the famous Dal Bati Churma. It’s delicious and one of the main dishes of Rajasthan. Not only this, the people who are serving are so sweet that they never let your plate get empty. They are after you to try every famous dish like bajra roti, kardi, sabudana khichdi and many more. I ate almost everything and trust me if you are a foodie you would love to visit this place again only for the love of food, well I would!

This place is worth a visit if you are in Jaipur or planning a small weekend trip. The price for adults is Rs.550 and for children, it is Rs.300. Totally reasonable and worth it.

So do plan a trip and enjoy the weekend.
