Fitness: Is It Important For Everyone?

What is fitness?

Fitness can be referred to as an activity keeping the human body in good condition for longer and
healthier life without any problems. The human body needs to be kept in good condition for a healthier and active life.

Why is it important?


In this age where transportation and technology are reducing even the smallest physical work of the
human-being leading to less human movements, and finally, the icing on the cake is fast food. This
leads to unhealthy lifestyle with wrong kinds of food.

Nowadays we can’t climb the stairs to the third floor, We can’t run a mile, we can’t carry that LPG cylinder to the kitchen, and there are so many things we have stopped doing which were part of our daily life, included the physical activates like playing, walking in the outdoors. Because for every physical work we have found out an easy method to save the energy.

The human body has so many bones and muscles which need to be used regularly to keep them working without any pain or problems. Same as any particular machines which need constant oiling to moving parts for a proper working, which we have reduced doing.


Fitness does not mean going to GYM!

The majority of people has a misconception that fitness means going to gym and lifting weights. NO! It is not, fitness means doing exercise which can be done anywhere and without weights. Going to the gym is another part of fitness called body-building. Fitness is very much important to keep our body in good condition which ensures the proper blood flow to all the parts of the body.


Simple things to do daily!

Simple things like running, skipping, jumping-jacks, sit-ups, push-ups, can be done daily without taking too much of your time. These things will lead to faster heart rate and blood pumping to all the parts as all of your body is working from top to bottom. Doing this daily can keep you fit and also healthy. If you think this is not enough there are tons of workouts which don’t need a gym or any kinds of machines or weights to perform.


Food!

Food is main part to keep ourselves healthy and fit. Hence we can avoid the fast food, processed foods  like so-called “diet” ones. These foods are more harmful than regular ones. Try eating fresh food which you can easily find in the near by local markets which will also be a small walk. Indian diet mostly concentrates on carbohydrates instead of protein (which can be found in western diets). Also, we don’t have much of raw vegetables like carrot, spinach, cabbage, radish etc.


Finally 

If you don’t want any health issues and live a healthy, happy life then you have to concentrate on
being fit. Which means you have to start having fresh and healthy foods with some simple exercise to
keep your blood flow properly. By doing so you can increase your chances of healthy life, forgetting the worries of obesity, stress,a  bad stomach and etc. And the main part is having sufficient water per day as water is the most important thing which most of us neglect.
