Top 3 picks for Diwali

Diwali the festival of lights and happiness. This festival is celebrated with crackers and a lot of lightning is done. This is the major festival celebrated in India with people expending a lot on food, crackers and especially on clothes because according to rituals it is considered that it is very lucky to have new clothes during this festival.

So for this festive season, the top 3 picks for girls should be:

#1. Cape dress

This dress is a women’s dress with a cape. Cape dresses were traditionally worn by Mennonite women. Nowadays this has become a part of the fashion community. This dress was a statement of nonconformity to the world, especially against the momentarily changing fashion from the nineteenth century onwards. This dress is back in the twentieth century with different variations in fashion.

Two types were prominent at the time with a matching, elbow-length cape or a beltless, sheath dress with matching cape. Queen Máxima wore a dress and matching cape by Jan Taminiau during the inauguration of King Willem-Alexander on 30 April 2013. So this dress can be one of the best picks for this festive season. Something new will be there to show and get the appreciation.

#2. Floral Lehenga Choli

Nowadays florals are the most attractive option and presently in the fashion community the floral collection is available in chiffons, georgette, tissue, cotton silk, raw silk, and a lot of variations with the lovely look of flowers such as tulip, roses, and the big green leaves which make the dress to blossom and attracts girls towards it.

The floral lehenga gives a new look which is different from that we wear in weddings and that is the best part of floral work. They are not so heavy to carry and very elegant to wear in this festive season.

The choli is usually matched with the colour and print of the lehenga. This is a very trendy dress and can be one of the best choices this Diwali.

#3. Crop Top and Long Skirts

The Crop Top is basically designed in which the lower part of which is high enough to expose the waist, navel or some of the midriff. Now coming to the lower part of the dress, covering the person from the waist downwards.

A long pleated skirt looks dazzling with the crop top and this dress can be the perfect piece for this festive season as it is not so heavy and looks amazing over the girls who carry themselves very nicely.

Now after reading this I think I have solved some problems of girls regarding what to wear and what to avoid. May this festive season bring lots of happiness and take away the sorrow and pain.
