Diwali the festival of lights and happiness. This festival is celebrated with crackers and a lot of lightning is done. This is the major festival celebrated in India with people expending a lot on food, crackers and especially on clothes because according to rituals it is considered that it is very lucky to have new clothes during this festival.
This dress is a women’s dress with a cape. Cape dresses were traditionally worn by Mennonite women. Nowadays this has become a part of the fashion community.
