A Happy Place In The Middle Of Nowhere!

Well…we all think friends in F.R.I.E.N.D.S or How I Met Your Mother are a myth. Trust me it isn’t. Let me tell you a story about a group of friends (who actually exist!). Six friends living in a house in the middle of nowhere. They party together, stay together, eat together and fight together. Every single of them has a unique quality.

One plays guitar (crazy player!), works with an advertising agency as a copywriter. Fragile and subtle. He has a girlfriend who sings crazy! A lot to learn from. Worth having in life! She is studying.

The third one is a gentleman, but when angry, then nobody can stop him (hot headed err.. !). He has a very unique style of winning people’s heart. He does not have anything similar to that of a women's men, but something that wins everybody’s heart. He has a girlfriend too! She is also studying, visits him every weekend. A bit clumsy looking, but easy to gel with. Fragile looking, but strong like hell that she could make the guy lose in 'panja ladana' [arm wrestling] (I am serious!).

The fifth guy, hot headed but who binds them all. Pretty face and a complete extrovert. He can convince anyone to do anything. Smart! He has a girlfriend who is a complete opposite. Introvert, a bit confused in life and troublemaker. She is looking for something which she hasn’t found yet.

This is about a crazy night at ‘The House’

They got booze and food. Saturday night, six of them sitting in the hall with disco lights (a trippy LED bulb emitting rainbow lights) with speakers to the full volume. The DJ of the night was one of the guys from those six, playing tracks that blew everyone's mind! Dancing all night long, boozing all night long on every single mix. It’s been a while since all of them went outside to party. All of them sync in a way it seems they were meant to be a family. All of them have a unique trip. None has any grudges or bad vibes for the others. Seems too perfect, but, the truth is, it is perfect. Hard to believe, but yet very easy.

It’s a happy place in the middle of nowhere. Wherein, the sky is full of drama. The clouds have a silver lining looking at which gives a new hope that at the end of the day, no matter how sad we feel or how unhappy we are with the certain choices we made in our lives, this place is a happy place. Nobody will judge anyone here. And who so ever comes here, stays here. All of them came from different states of the country, but have a lot to share and a lot in common. Speak different languages, but yet speak the same, met in a stranger city and stay together as if they have known each other since forever! When one falls, all the others run to pick him up.

A silver lining to a black cloud, a happy place in the middle of nowhere.
