5 Amazing Tips to Find Yourself When You're Feeling Lost

We all know that each of us has some unique qualities that help us to outshine in the crowd of many but sometimes we suppress our uniqueness and step into someone else's shoes because we are not satisfied with who we are.

Life is laborious and awful sometimes. It gets complicated at the worst times, and at this point, we start changing ourselves to fit into a mould that someone else has created for us leaving our own ideologies and integrity that we have formed for our self.

We think that others are saying right about us and we keep on following them blindly because we haven’t found our self yet. Searching for OUR SELF is not very tough. By finding a little space for ourselves can realise Who We Are?

#1. Spending time with yourself

When we are alone this is the real time when we can meet ourselves as at this very moment our mind and heart will always take right decisions in a balanced way without any chaos and confusion. Being alone we can make our own strategies for future and how to proceed step by step.

#2. Take long showers occasionally

Best ideas come when we take bath. While taking a shower the peaceful environment helps us to discuss many things with ourselves and this is the time when we can come up with the best solutions.

#3. Isolate socially sometimes

If we really have to find ourselves then avoid radio, TV, mobile, laptop for an hour every day. This will help our brain rest for a little. Also, we can use that time efficiently to find the ways correctly and calmly.

#4. Go on  date all by yourself

It’s not always obvious that every time we need someone to accompany us everywhere. It is necessary to find a little space for our self so that we can spend some quality time alone. This will help us to feel fresh and also to analyse about our self for certain things. Better go to a library, for a walk, or have a sip of tea or coffee at a restaurant.

#5. Noting down the thoughts and feelings

This activity will help us to pen down all our feelings and opinions, emptying all the rubbish from our mind. By doing this we will able to see our self clearly as what we are and we will start loving ourselves without any doubt.

Once we start spending time alone we will able to hear our own voice so that we can make our own choices without worrying about anyone.
